We check the referral and make sure the requested service is available.
Review the written configuration, term, and USD price. Once approved, we send your credentials.
These are our standard terms. Your written quote contains the details specific to your order.
Prices begin at $10 USD. Before charging you, we provide a quote with the service, configuration, resources, location, term, and total USD price. The charge appears as M&KSTREAMS on your card statement.
We deliver VPN and VPS credentials online. Your quote or order confirmation states the activation timing. Nothing is shipped, so physical returns do not apply. Questions can be handled by email, phone, or Discord.
Your quote may offer better terms, and applicable law always controls:
For a refund request or charge dispute, email us your name, purchase date, and a short explanation. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank controls posting time.
Cancel recurring service by emailing us before the next billing date. Unless we confirm another date, access continues through the period already paid. A request received after billing stops the following charge. We do not prorate used credentials or dedicated resources except where our refund terms or the law require it.
Your purchase is governed by the service description, quote, billing terms, and these policies. Use the service lawfully and follow relevant licenses, game rules, and third-party terms. Do not use it for unauthorized access, malware, spam, harassment, infringement, attacks, fraud, illegal content, or disruption. We may suspend violations and may terminate serious abuse immediately without a refund.
Outside networks, equipment, software, and location affect speed, latency, availability, and compatibility. We cannot promise access to a particular game or site, or that every application works with every VPS. Names such as Minecraft belong to their owners; they do not sponsor or endorse M&K Streams.

When you contact us, you may share your name, contact information, requested service, referral status, and technical requirements. Please leave out sensitive personal or financial details.
We use it to answer requests, build quotes, deliver service, record transactions, contact you, prevent misuse, and comply with the law.
We never sell personal information. Vendors receive only what they need for payment processing, operations, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. We take reasonable security measures, but no system is completely secure.
